Brunet, a first-year defence from Timmins, Ont., studying in the Occupational Therapist Assistant program, scored her first ACHA goal against Miami University on Saturday afternoon. Brunet has been a strong addition to the Cougars blueline, with many scoring opportunities from the point and skating the puck into the offensive zone.
