We offer a wide range of membership options for those looking to improve their personal fitness level. 

New members can purchase a membership below by following the MemberME+ App directions.

Puchase Your Membership!

View the price list below and click Buy Now on the membership otion you'd like to purchase. After this you will be guided to download the Memberme+ App. When you open the App, tap "Add" and type "Sault Cougars Fitness and Waterfront" into the search bar. Membership plans listed below are on monthly pre-authorized payment plans which are renewed automatically. The fitness centre requires membership cancellations to be signed in person at the Athletics office (F2100) a minimum of five business days prior to next payment. 

Members who choose to pay in full will be required to renew prior to their membership expiration date. If you wish to pay your membership fee in full, please visit the Athletics office.

Membership Cards

Membership cards can be obtained from the Athletics office on the 2nd floor of the Health and Wellness Centre (F2100) for $10.00. Once your card is activated, you can scan your membership card at the fitness centre entrance doors for access. Each member must scan their card every time they enter/exit the facility.

Orientation is mandatory for all new members and will occur when you receive your membership card. The orientation session will provide the guidelines for safe training and common courtesies in the fitness centre.
