Recap For Cross Country

This past weekend the Cougars cross country team participated in the Jayhawk Cross Country Invitational in Muskegan, MI. The race showcased many other colleges and universities that reside in Michigan. All of our Cougar runners posted personal best times, with the top women being Hilary Ireton (23:43.86) in 120/154, and the top man being Connor Tait (29:28.22) 144/194.
